A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Sapporo!

My family enjoyed our stay here, thanks to the delightful breakfast options available. The self-checkout was a breeze, and the location near JR Sapporo station made exploring easy. Don’t miss the chance to wake up early and savor a breakfast before it gets busy!

I appreciated the clean decor and warm ambiance throughout the hotel, which felt very welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our needs were met promptly. It's a comfortable and accessible space for seniors like me.

Conveniently located within a short walk from the train station with mostly covered walkways, making it ideal for those chilly days. The breakfast spread offers a solid mix of Japanese and Western options, and it's great that it starts as early as 6:30 AM to cater to early risers.

The room felt a bit cluttered, especially in the triple configuration where the third bed just squeezed in, limiting space for luggage. With only one towel hook available, reusing towels became a hassle, and the toilet seat was awkwardly sized, occasionally falling on your back while using it. It’s also worth noting that some of the facilities appeared a bit outdated, impacting the overall room experience.

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception, I feel right at home. The staff were very helpful on my first stay, guiding me when I needed directions. Highly recommend!

Good for shopaholics

The laundry facilities were crucial, especially since my husband did all the washing, found it to be an oddly bonding experience even!

The location is superb, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Notably, the public bath offered complimentary ice cream, which was a delightful surprise. Staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay, helping to ensure a comfortable experience. However, the amenities could use an upgrade, as some areas felt slightly dated. Additionally, the lack of more varied dining options on-site was a downside.

The room was cozy and had comfortable beds, but it was a bit tight for three adults. Everything was clean and had all the basics covered. The onsen was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. The shower pressure was decent too. Just wish the space was a little roomier, but otherwise, it fit our needs.

Unfortunately, our room felt extremely cramped with limited space. It was difficult to move around due to the bulky furniture and five twin beds taking up most of the area.
